Sinopsis

In Overcome, Glen and Debbie share with heart-wrenching openness how their trials of long-term survivorship led them to God who intervened, rescued, and redeemed their lives. "This book is real. This book is all heart. Glen and Debbie invite you into their whole life. They trust you with their simple times and with the more complicated events. All the while they are focused on God being the rescuer. I laughed and I cried. I grew in my faith and was challenged to the core." - Norrisk "Overcome is an inspiring tale of an equally heartbreaking and uplifting journey. The book beautifully captures the rollercoaster of emotions, the trials and challenges the Kirkpatrick's faced, and the importance of belief that prevails above all else." - Dr. Bret "In their book, Glen and Debbie give a phenomenal example of what it means to overcome. You see how their faith in Christ carries them through their trials thus making them inspirational examples of overcomers. I believe that reading this book will inspire anybody to overcome their situation." - Lalyne A. Lombardi "Glen has done a masterful job at recounting a story which yet continues. I truly could not put it down! While I have crossed paths with the family on many occasions, I didn't know the half of it. That said, this is a story with a purpose; not merely a memoir." - JJ EPD "An Incredible story of repeated crushing news and events answered with despair then courage, perseverance, fight, more despair, friendship, sacrifice, faith, hope but most of all love. Glen & Debbie will inspire you with their personal story of how they have overcome personal tragedy and adversity." - Guillermo Adame
