Biografía del autor:
Sue Coyne spent 20 years as a business leader, and has been a sought-after leadership and team coach since 2003. She complements her work with expertise in neuroscience and the latest leadership strategies. A former workaholic, Sue understands only too well the dangers of burnout. Prior to a health scare in 2000, Sue was a highly stressed and overworked Director and Shareholder of a market research business, earning a six-figure salary and torn between motherhood and her career. Cancer and a near-death experience left her questioning her work/life balance and taking stock of what really mattered. It was this process which helped Sue to stop doing and start leading. She is now on a mission to enable others to lead effectively without facing the mental, physical and personal costs she experienced. Sue's number one best-selling book draws on her own personal experience of leadership and its challenges as a leader in her own right, and as an insightful and effective coach. It sets out her human approach to the topic of leadership. Sue is passionate about growing great leaders who create workplaces in which people thrive; places where stress and burnout are replaced by enjoyment and contribution. Sue is a contributor to Leadership Team Coaching in Practice: Developing High-performing Teams by Peter Hawkins and Enabling Genius by Myles Downey.
