Michael Schams is an international advocate for open source technologies with more than 12 years' experience in using and developing TYPO3 CMS. He holds a master’s degree in computer sciences and is a regular writer for technical journals. He is the project leader of the official TYPO3 Security Guide and developer/maintainer of several TYPO3 extensions. Michael consults with clients across the globe to achieve best outcomes in the digital space by using open source software with a focus on IT security and enterprise cloud solutions. Patrick Lobacher (original author of the German TYPO3 Extbase book) has more than 20 years'experience as a programmer, coach and trainer in web technologies and has published several books on TYPO3 CMS and Neos. As a frequent speaker at technology conferences, Patrick offers engaging insights into the better use of web technologies. He is chairman of the executive board of the +Pluswerk AG - a full-service agency for digital passion. Patrick is also a member of the TYPO3 Education Team (co-team leader), Marketing Team and Certification Team.
