He has had national responsibilities as Manager of Systems Engineering for IBM's Medical Systems within the USA and has directed medical projects with IBM's Advanced Research and Development Division. He has taught at the Université Laval and at the école supérieure, ISED, in France. He has served as research professor at the Hospital Xeral in Spain, with the Ludwig Boltzmann Institut in Vienna, in Neurology at Goettingen and with the Brainnetome project of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This book seeks to illuminate the factors that operate in the individual and collective human psyche to produce political phenomena. In condensed form, factual examples from history are combined with results from psychological investigations.
