About the Author:

Dick Handscombe has lived and cooked paellas in Spain in Spain for twenty five years for the family and friends using mainly self grown ecological ingredients. Now 78 he is writing a range of lifestyle books to follow on from ten Spanish/Mediterranean gardening books and seven business books written during a busy international business and academic working life.
