Who is Ian Bergveg? He has no friends, no family, and cannot recall his past. The only clues in his possession are his briefcase and his apartment, although he has no memory of how he acquired either. Also in his is possession is his mysterious gift. It is a power of immense and unfathomable proportions; an ability he's barely begun to understand but which will soon lead him to question all he has come to know about the world around him. And soon the time will come for Ian to decide whether this power is truly a gift, or rather, a curse from which he cannot escape? As Ian searches for answers about his identity, his past, and his power, he soon comes to find that he is not alone. Ian is about to find himself torn between two factions intent on equally opposing paths. One leader intent on abolishing the use of their gift, the other who will see their gift used more than ever. As new friends and enemies are made, Ian will find that the path that leads to the truth is much more perilous than he ever imagined. As the path that leads to answers offers as much illusion as it does truth; a path in which perception does not always equal reality. The Mountain PathBiografía del autor:
