This collection of articles created by students and young academics and scientific results obtained from the experiments and monitoring made on the board of tall ship "Nadezhda" would not be possible without main academic advisor - Dr. Oleg A. Bukin. His great interest in Laser Optics and Earth Sciences made him to combine these scientific fields in order to research possibilities of climate changes control. 90es he organized and put into a life Sailing University on the board of tall ship "Nadezhda" belonged to the Maritime State University named after Admiral G.I. Nevelskoy(Russia, Vladivostok). Sailing University is a unique combination of scientific research and education; also it is one of the best ways to prepare high qualified young generation of researchers to work in the future.
