The Void Why Do I Hurt or Feel Uneasy Inside? This book explores why and helps you to find healing, We all bring 'baggage' from the past. By this I mean events that have shaped our thinking, responses and actions in every day life. For the most part as individuals we deal with difficult relationships and events in life, but you may realise that you have not been able to resolve certain situations. As a result, your everyday actions, emotions and feelings may cause you difficulty in your daily life. If you are willing to discover why you feel, think, and act as you do then this is the book for you. This book will help you to look at your life journey, the good and the bad and hurtful parts that you have experienced. You will go on a voyage of discovery to find life events that may have caused inner scars. Having discovered that place of hurt that I speak of as the void - you will then know how best to seek an informed way forward. My desire is that this book may be the start of a healing journey for many. You may have a faith, but, if you do not or are searching for something more in life, as you read, I hope that a sense of awakening may dawn and that you will move forward in body, mind and spirit.Biografía del autor:
