Young, lean, and strong, Devin Moore is a loner, yet mentally tough. He'll have to prove just how tough he is when he's exiled from Goldstein, Alaska, in a rickety rowboat; he'll be lucky to survive. With agents of the National Police quickly closing in, Moore contemplates making a mysterious "delivery" that will pardon him and allow him to return home to Goldstein.
