Biografía del autor:
Dalia Quiros-Moran was born in Havana Cuba, a descendant of African slaves and a lineage of Orisha/Ifa worship traditions. After migrating to the United States, she was initiated as a priestess of Yemaya in 1990. Since then, she has avidly studied the various aspects of Lukumi Orisha Worship traditions and has authored three books (El Poder Yoruba, Tradiciones, Unyen: Lukumi Cooking) on the subject. Now, with her fourth book, Guide to Afro-Cuban Herbalism, she focuses on the herbal remedies of traditional African medicine as brought to Cuba by her ancestors.
