B E it tberefore Enabled by tbit General Afimbly, and by tbc Authority thereof it it bereby Enabled, That the (aid film Stanford be and he is hereby naturalized, and declared a Citizen of this State; and as foch fhall, upon his taking the Oath of Allegiance prefcribed by Law, be entitled to all the Rights, Liberties, Privileges and Immunities, of a free-born Citizen thereof.

Each Pot/72d Sterling of great-britain at Four Dollar: and For {y-four Cent:, of the Money of the Eleven of the faid States which are now united under the new general Government: Each Livre Tournoi: of Frame at Eighteen Cent: and em Half: Each Florin or Guilder of the United Nether/mid: at Thirty-nine Cent: Each li/lore Bafico of Homlurgb at Tbirty-tloree Cent: and one-third Each Rix Dollar of Sweden at One Hundred Cent: Each Real Plate of Spain at Ten Cent: Each milled Ree of Portugal at One Dollar and Twenty-four Ce/zt: Each Pozmd Sterling of Ireland at Four Dollar: and Ten Cent: Each Tole 05' Clown at Orze Dollar and Forty-eigbt Cent: Each Pagoda of India at One Dollar and J'lzuety-four Cent: Each Rupee of Bengal at pifu-five Cent: and an Half: And all other Denominations of Money in Value as near as may be to the faid Rates.
