Mark Bilton has 20 years Managing Director and CEO experience, leading 6 companies. He is currently the Managing Partner of Leadership Advisors 'Thought Patrol'. His last corporate role was Group Managing Director of Gloria Jean's Coffees' global business, leading 40 countries. Mark has an MBA from Auckland University and is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management. Mark has led transformational change in many sectors and is internationally recognized for excellence in 'Business Transformation'. In 2011 he was awarded the "Young President's Organization's'' prestigious "Terry Plochman Award" for global "Best of the Best". In 2014 he received the Michael Page 'Australian Retail Executive Award'. He has a particular passion for Christians in Business, and is the founder of 'Called to Business', who "encourage and equip Christians to be effective at work". He is also the author of four books including "Monday Matters: Finding God in Your Workplace." Mark's mission is to enable Christian Leaders to 'realize their potential', and is on a mission to unshackle Workplace Christians from the secular-sacred divide.
