Ben Mathew has a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College, and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago, where he won the Martin and Margaret Lee Prize for the highest score on the microeconomics qualifying exam. He has taught economics at the University of Chicago and Colgate University. He lives near Seattle with his wife and twin daughters.Review:
