As the author, I want to give you a little insight beyond the book description.

If you are interested in bodybuilding or have been for some time, you'll probably know that there has never been a book written that encompasses all of the diverse bodybuilding training systems and techniques that have evolved over the past century. This book does that. Along the way, I try to make the reading experience enjoyable through stories, and make the practical application worthwhile through many examples and guidelines.

I started my journey and education into bodybuilding over two decades ago. And, as the owner of practically every book written on this topic, I can ensure you that you'll save a lot of time and money with a Cliff's Notes type approach to the field, as I've presented here.

About the Author:

Craig Cecil has been involved in sports and the science of exercise since his days of high school athletics in baseball, through his collegiate career in NCAA Track & Field, to his devotion to weightlifting and bodybuilding pursuits over the past 20 years. During that time, Craig has trained with professional athletes, as well as multitudes of dedicated, ordinary individuals just wanting to build lean, muscular body weight. Craig is a member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association and holds an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland.
