Lorimer is Professor of Clinical Neurosciences & Foundation Chair in Physiotherapy at the University of South Australia, Senior Principal Research Fellow at Neuroscience Research Australia, and Chair of PainAdelaide. A clinician and researcher, he leads an interdisciplinary group of 30 researchers investigating the role of the brain and mind in chronic pain. He is Australia's top-ranked chronic pain researcher. He has written over 150 articles and four books, and is Chief Editor of the most influential web/social media presence in the clinical pain sciences.
