Robin Hopper is an internationally recognized ceramic artist, author, educator, consultant and garden designer. Born in London and trained there at Croydon College of Art, he has been working as an artist since 1955. Primarily a studio potter, Hopper has developed studios in both England and Canada, and has working experience on four continents. Hopper is the author of The Ceramic Spectrum and Functional Pottery, and the recently updated and expanded the third edition of Clay and Glazes for the Potter, by the late Daniel Rhodes.
