As an international corporate lawyer and consultant, Frank has managed legal compliance affairs for companies in over twenty countries. He has acted in and negotiated significant transactions and has managed hundreds of millions of dollars of litigation. In addition to his qualification as a lawyer, he has an MBA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries. He is also a Notary public.
