The Orange Book forms part of the IChemE Forms of Contract suite, and is invaluable for use with minor packages of work involving an existing process plant. Applicable where the far more comprehensive forms for lump-sum and reimbursable contracts would be inappropriate and too complex. The clauses have been amended and brought in line with the current Red, Green, Burgundy and Yellow Books, wherever appropriate and include new legislation covering the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, the Arbitration Act 1996, and the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
