About the Author:

Lindsay Wilcox-Reid is a British dressage accredited trainer and a level 3 Pilates instructor accredited on the Register of Exercise Professionals. She is also a posture and position specialist coach who focuses on improving and establishing core stability. Lindsay has written articles for British Dressage Magazine and Your Horse.
