A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, she is the coauthor of Williams- Sonoma’s Essentials of Mediterranean, among other titles. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. Kana Okada, originally from Tokyo, Japan, studied photography in Rochester, New York. She currently lives in New York City.
