Henry, Fellow, Public Relations Society of America, is director of the Office of Communications and Government Relations for the mid-Atlantic region of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Philadelphia. His experience over more than two decades in public relations has included working as executive director of university relations at Texas A&M University, running his own consulting practice, cofounding the second-largest international public relations firm in the western United States, consulting on the 1984 Olympic Games, and serving in the election campaign and subsequent administration of President George Bush.
