As a tribute to her son George, Louise Tate Denardo has posthumously published the diary that he started in 1980 and in which he continued to compose his thoughts until he died of AIDS in 1991. This is Ms. Tate Denardo's second published work. Dorrance published her first book, "The Sacred Letter," in 1999.
George Joseph Denardo was born in 1940 and obtained his bachelors degree from the College of Steubenville in 1964. He began the diary which has become "What the World Needs to Know" in 1980 when he dicovered he had contracted AIDS. Combining theological philosophy and down-to-earth advice, Denardo hoped his words would make a difference to everyone who chose to follow an unhealthy lifestyle, and give them the tools to break free of their destructive habits.
All royalties from "What the World Should Know" will be donated to the Louise Tate Denardo AIDS Foundation, in memory of her son, George Joseph Denardo.
