This Poingo Storybook retells the wildly popular Toy Story movies, featuring Sheriff Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and their friends and enemies. Woody is a pull-string cowboy toy and the favorite of a wide-eyed youngster named Andy. Buzz is a high-tech, space-ranger action toy who unlike Woody and his pals believes he is real.
Woody and Buzz are rivals in competing for Andy s attention, but they later become allies, banding together against Sid, the nasty next-door neighbor kid who is a threat to Andy s toys. Sid takes pleasure in feeding stuffed dolls to his snarling dog Scud and reconstructing toys into hideous mutants. The cast of characters also includes Mr. Potato Head, the Green Army Men, Andy s mom, Rex, and Slinky Dog.
