This proceedings, "Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering and Soil Dynamics III", contains 116 papers presented at the 1998 Specialty Conference on Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering and Soil Dynamics sponsored by the Geo-Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
