This watercolour painting course takes the beginner from the absolute basics through to a series of carefully graded projects. The book is divided into four sections, starting with an introduction to the materials and how to set up a studio and gives useful advice for painting outdoors. The last section contains a series of painting demonstrations which develop in complexity while gradually introducing new techniques and ideas.About the Author:
Mark Willenbrink writes and illustrates articles for watercolour magazines and teaches courses on drawing and watercolour techniques. He started as a commercial artist, worked as a freelance illustrator and is now a full-time artist.
