Rand Morimoto, Michael Noel, and Alex Lewis all work for Convergent Computing, an 85-person consulting company that has been recognized by Microsoft as one of the leaders in Windows networking technologies. Because of Convergent Computing major involvement in the deployment of Windows 2003 (beta and production), the organization has been involved with the entire Windows Server 2003 project beginning with planning sessions conducted back in late-1999 (almost 2 months before even Windows 2000 shipped to the general public).
