Reseña del editor:
Church small groups are powerful. Through small groups, God uses intentional relationships to bring change to people's lives. But it's not always easy to foster a small group environment in the local church. It takes a system to produce disciples, churn out leaders, and compel people to be on mission together through small groups. In "Starting Small: The Ultimate Small Group Blueprint," Ben Reed helps you through the process of putting a small group ministry together. Through this book, you will discover how small groups can be a place where people belong so they can become.
Biografía del autor:
Ben grew up in Tennessee, and still calls it his home. He and his family live just outside of Nashville. Ben is the small groups pastor at Long Hollow, a multi-campus church in the middle-Tennessee area, overseeing the spiritual growth and development of individuals and groups across their 5 campuses. Before that, he was on staff at a church plant called Grace Community Church. His interaction with small groups, recruiting small group leaders, training and shepherding them is broad, and his heart beats for healthy, authentic, biblical, Jesus-focused community. He knows that without a healthy system, you can't replicate what you do with any efficiency. So he's a "systems guy", architecting systems and structures to produce authentic, healthy, vibrant small groups. Ben's first book, Starting Small: The Ultimate Small Group Blueprint, centers on building and sustaining healthy small groups.
