About the Author:

Ysmay Walsh is an entrepreneur, writer, artist, and web designer who was 15 years old when she got her first cafe gig at an independent shop in New Mexico. Even though this dislocated Santa Fean has also at times been dislocated from a career in cafes, coffee is still a passion. Ysmay started as a barista, and worked her way up to cafe management, working at both independent and corporate coffee shops. It was her work for some of the worst cafe bosses in the industry that inspired the ebook series How To Run A Coffee Shop. Ysmay is also the founder and CEO of and When she's not working or drinking coffee, she can be found practicing yoga, meditating, writing, and reading.
