Biografía del autor
Margaret O?Leary, the founder and director of the Suburban Emergency Management Project, holds a medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine and is board-certified in emergency medicine. She is the author of a six previous books on performance measurement. She lives in St. Charles, Illinois.
