Continuing the story that began in "Ninja" and "Miko", this book again deals with the character Nicholas Linnear, a man in whose soul are married the arts of the East and West. Eric van Lustbader's previous books include "The French Kiss" and "Black Heart".

Eric Lustbader is the bestselling author of ‘Second Skin, ‘The Kaisho, ‘The Miko and ‘White Ninja’, all starring Nicholas Linnear. He graduated from Columbia University in 1969. He spent fifteen years in the music industry, including working for both Elektra and CBS Records, and writing for ‘Cash Box’ magazine. He has also been a teacher. He lives with his wife in Southampton, New York.
Mourning the death of his daughter, tormented by the past, Nicholas Linnear is certain of only one thing: he doesn’t want to kill again. Once the ultimate master of love and death, he is now 'shiro ninja' – white ninja – no longer able to summon the disciples and powers that enabled him to live a life of honour and truth amidst greed and corruption.
As he is stalked by doubts and fears – and by an enemy with unheard of mystical powers – a torrent of death is suddenly unleashed, sweeping Nicholas towards his own nemesis. Only by discovering the secret of a new, higher power – a power he believed to be mythic but now knows to be real – can Nicholas bring peace to the maelstrom that surrounds him.
'White Ninja' is a novel of shattering intensity and passion.
“A man who understands both the Western and Oriental minds”
