Peter Glen was a dynamic motivational speaker, bringing the true spirit of the theater to his presentations about customer service. His clients were some of the world's largest companies, including Adidas, Clairol, Karastan Bigelow, Kraft Foods, Nautica, Nike, Saatchi & Saatchi, TV Guide, and Wal-Mart. He received the Retail Advertising Hall of Fame Lifetime Achievement Award in 1999. He died in 2001.
