About the Author:

B. Guy Peters is Maurice Falk Professor of American Government at the University of Pittsburgh. He has also served as a research professor at the University Center for International Studies (UCIS), a senior fellow at the Canadian Centre for Management Development, and honorary professor at City University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on public policy and administration and American administration policy.
