Sinopsis
Louisa Barrett, the headmistress of a prestigious girls school in Buffalo in 1901, is a forward-looking, independent young woman. Acerca del autor
Lauren Belfer grew up in Buffalo, where she was educated at the school that forms the model for her heroine s establishment. She was a producer for CBS news and has an MFA from Columbia. She now lives in New York with her husband and son.
