The Chairman stated that the first order of business would be for the members to present their credentials, and take the oath of office pre scribed by law.

Whereupon, the members present filed their credentials with the Chairman; which, upon being examined, were found correct. The fol lowing oath was then administered to and subscribed by them, to-wit.
