This is a revised and updated edition of Rahim's classic work. It provides a systematic approach to the management of organizational conflict. Conflict in organizations is classified as intrapersonal, interpersonal, intragroup, and intergroup. The management of these four types of conflicts involves, according to Rahim, the diagnosis of and intervention in conflicts.
