Críticas:
The inclusion of the surgical techniques DVD is a nice bonus, especially for residents and fellows who are just beginning to explore and refine their surgical skills. Also pertinent and helpful are the additional chapters on patients with ADHD, autism, and learning deficits, as they offer unique challenges. These chapters include guidance for parents, an aspect of care that is often overlooked, but much needed. [Although] Written for clinicians, the book will be helpful for residents, fellows, and pediatric ophthalmologists. (Doody's Notes, Feb 2013)

- A DVD with edited short videos of pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus surgery performed by experts in the field. Featured surgeries include: plastics, glaucoma, intraocular contact lens refractive, strabismus, and various techniques of cataract/IOL implantation.
The third edition of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus also includes fully-revised and updated chapters to elucidate the latest discoveries in pediatric ophthalmology and the fields of strabismus, ophthalmic genetics, and pediatric retina.
