A photocopiable worksheet is provided for each lesson, to enable children to practise both reading and writing at the same time as they learn each letter sound through speaking and listening. As soon as pupils have learnt most of the Speed Sounds Set 1 they will be ready to read the Ditties and then start the first set of Storybooks which provide practice in the phonics learnt and develop both reading and writing skills. The Speed Sounds are also available on CD-ROM, for use on all interactive whiteboards. The book has been read, but is in excellent condition. Pages are intact and not marred by notes or highlighting.
