Steven Michael Burgess is a professor of Business Administration in Marketing at the Graduate School of Business in the University of Cape Town. In 2007, Professor Burgess was recognized with the first-ever Marketing Science Institute Visiting Scholar Award by the Marketing Science Institute
(Boston, USA). He was recognized previously with the Fisher College of Business International Alumni Award for lifetime contributions to marketing in the USA and South Africa. C.H. Bothma is a senior lecturer at the University of South Africa in the department of Marketing and Retailing, and is the
co-editor of many publications. He has been a key note speaker at International Conferences, and has a wealth of experience in E-Commerce and International Marketing.
