Self magazine named her one of the top ten nutritionists in the United States and she was recently featured in Total Healthmagazine as one of the most influential healers in the 21st century. Ann Louise holds a master's degree in nutrition education from Columbia University. She is a naturopath as well as a certified nutrition specialist. She has appeared on Good Morning America, Good Day New York, PBS and CNN. She has also been featured in Newsweek, Harper's Bazaar, Family Circle, the New York Times and Los Angeles Times. Ann Louise's advice for women is prominently featured on iVillage Joanie Greggains is the founder of Fit Camps, and the host of the television show Morning Stretch, which reaches over 70 percent of the United States, and Health and Fitness with Joanie Greggains, the number one-rated Saturday morning radio program in northern California.
