Book comprises copies of front pages of Washington, DC Evening Star newspaper reporting presidential election results. Bound in black leather. Signed by John Kaufmann President of the Newspaper. Some tan spotting to upper edge. Covers have dusting and some fading. Tan spotting to both front and back thick tissue paper guards. Title in gilt on cover. On front free end-paper there is a "Received" stamp with the date, in ink: "Oct. 1, 2001." This was probably the copy of Emanuel Celler, for his name is stamped in gilt on cover.
