Over the past twenty years, L. Lee Paulson has put on numerous creative and animated training seminars, in customer service, interpersonal and workforce communications and total quality management. In addition, she has written easy-reading policy and procedure staff guides, and has facilitated sessions in supporting the organizational culture and creating workplace behavior agreements for an array of businesses in the Greater Portland area. Staying true to her passion of cultivating positive relationships, L. Lee Paulson is dedicated to helping people adopt her 'tried and true' principles of SOAP into their daily lives.
