Condición: Fair. 1951. First Edition. 256 pages. No dust jacket. This is an ex-Library book. Orange cloth with gilt lettering. Black and white and colour photographic plates throughout. Book has been rebound by library, with expected inserts, stamps and inscriptions. Light thumb marking and tanning to pages with light cracking to gutters. Noticeable scuffing, marking and staining to pastedowns. Tanning heavier to text block edges. Binding remains firm. Boards have minor corner bumping and edgewear with mild scuffing overall. Spine has moderate tanning with soft crushing to ends. Lettering remains bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean.

The binding is tight. Previous owner's name in pen to front end-paper. Top of pages slightly dusty. Small mark to bottom corner of a few pages. Pages are very slightly tanned (not major). Occasional spot of foxing to page edges (very minor). No other faults. A tight copy (sadly lacking the jacket). All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
