Condición: Fair. 1902. Reprint. 118 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth with gilt. Rough cut pages to text block edge. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Heavier tanning to endpaper & pastedowns. Binding is shaky, however pages remain fully attached. Some pages are dog-earred. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Spine has crushing to both ends. Book has forward lean. White staining present.

Final map inside rear board is a little rumpled to the edge, however, both maps are unmarked and without tears or defects. A very good, solid and clean example of this quite scarce little book.
