Descripción: Thompson & Thomas, Chicago. Cloth. Estado de conservación: Good+. No Jacket. Hardcover; burgundy boards with grey lettering on the spine. No dust jacket. Age wear with two stains on the page edges. Slight rubbing along spine ends and corners. Shadowing on the front and back end papers. The 279 pages are clean and unmarked. This book is by the author of "Twenty Thousand Leagues Under The Sea", but of a different genre than science fiction for which Jules Verne is so well known. There is no publish date, but the first book published in English was 1894. This book is most likely a later version, but still an older copy. In this story, a reporter is assigned to cover the travels of the Transasiatic Railway and finds a few good "stories" along the way. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Trade. Nº de ref. de la librería 000627
