The red dustjacket has some wear around the edges and some bleaching of the the front face. The red cloth hardcovers with gold lettering look great with little wear. The spine is tight. The pages are white with no wear or marks except a personalized greeting on the first page and a light line across the bottom edges of some pages. The illustrations are good. 10 chapters: methods and techniques, breakfasts and brunches, luncheons, dinners, buffets, suppers, cocktail parties, teas, outdoor entertaining, and basic recipes.
