Hardcover. Condición: Poor. First Edition. A hard to obtain book in extremely poor condition. The book is from the collection of an artist, & has evidently been used for reference in the studio, with grubby paint-spattered boards. The boards are heavily worn, & bumped at the corners, heavily so in the case of the lower outer corner: there is a corresponding wobble at the lower tip of the pages. A tear extends about 3 cm into the outer edge of photo 33. The pages containing photos 34-35, 39-40, 47-48 have been removed. The page containing photos 56-57 has been removed from the book, & loosely replaced in absolutely ruined condition. The surviving 83 photographs still look impressive, despite some signs of wear & a faint yellowing of the paper at the edges.

Cloth. Condición: Very Good +. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Very Good +. 1969 1st edition of this charming --and uncommon-- look at the permissive, anything-goes youth culture of the London of the late 60s. Tight and VG+ in a crisp, price-intact, VG+ dustjacket, with minor streaking to the laminate panels. Tall quarto, nicely photographed thruout in crisp black-and-white by Frank Habicht. A wonderful period --and fashion-- piece, along the lines of John d Green's 1967 "The Birds of Britain".
