The beige boards are worn at the edges with bumping to the corners and a little fraying at the top of the spine. The spine is a little darkened with a few light stains. The cloth is pulling away from the front pastedown a little at the bottom left corner. Browning to the page edges with some dark marking to the bottom corners and a few spots to the fore edges. The endpapers are browned with quite a bit of spotting and there is a gift message in ink to the front free endpaper. Light spotting to the first and last few pages and the pages are a little browned but otherwise clean and unmarked. No jacket. First printing.
