The binding is soiled & lightly bumped & rubbed with some light damp staining to the extremities & several stains to the front wrap. There is a tear to the bottom edge of the front wrap & another to the top edge of the rear wrap. Title & pages [162]-175 plus a publisher's ad. 11 pages of black-and-white photographic illustrations by F. R. Yerbury & 1 page of architectural drawings. There are stains to the inside front wrap & a narrow area of very faint damp staining to the bottom edges of the leaves. There is a tiny chip to the bottom edge of the title page. There is a small dent to the front margin of each leaf. Good.
