Hardcover 3 Vol. Set, Good+, Lewis Historical Society, NY, 1927, 1st edition, complete three volume set, vols. 1 & 2 843 pages including index, b&w photos, vol. 3 341 pages including indices, b&w and sepia photo plates of the men in this biographical volume, 7-3/4 x 10-3/4 , hardcovers, green and black cloth with bright gilt titles on vols 1 & 2, lightly rubbed corners, Volume 1: whitish stain (not mold, more like the color in the cloth was removed somehow?) over entire rear cover except black cloth spine and corners and some tiny white paint spots, Volume 2: bottom of rear cover has a few small light pale spots, Volume 3: a little more worn than the other two volumes, gilt spine titles a bit dull, corners and spine ends just starting to fray, hinges cracked but neatly reglued and holding nicely, first page of text neatly reattached with archival mending tissue that is almost invisible, otherwise contents clean & tight in all volumes, books overall good+ condition {Due to the weight of this set extra postage will be charged} (G+) 3121 [3SHArp73ABE].
