Hardcover. Condición: Very Good. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Very Good. 1st Edition. First (only) edition of the rare official record of the Divisional Cavalry of the 2nd New Zealand Division. VG throughout including VG dust wrapper. Minor fading to the colour of the jacket over the spine. Presentation certificate to a trooper of the Div Cav. pgs 445, maps illustrations. Appears rarely opened. The Divisional Cavalry was formed at the outbreak of the war and saw action in all the theatres of action in which the 2nd NZ division participated. THe history is detailed and well illustrated. Considered as rare, if not more so, than the history of the Maori Battalion, this text represents a vital part of the record of the New Zealanders in World War Two. Very Rare, particularly in this excellent condition.
